Did anyone catch the Mark Maron WTF interview with Joanna? It was interesting--very much about her process.
edit: oops, didn't see the comments above, nevermind!
People think they're entitled to know the private stuff. And, well, no.
At my core, I think we're gonna be OK.

I miss, I miss,/how you'd sigh yourself to sleep
When I raked the springtime /across your sheets
You want random Joanna stuff? How about Willow Smith covering The Book of Right-On?
heres one from instagram and another one apparently also on IG but I can only find via a tweet
Pretty sweet, actually.
There's a picture (actually 2) floating around of Joanna from recently and people are suspecting she's pregnant. It's kind of hard to tell and I know I shouldn't judge. If she is expecting, how sweet and awesome!

The second pic is below. I don't know when it was taken or who is on stage with her. It may be an old pic at a weird angle!
OMG they were at my favorite restaurant!!![]()
If she had only created Leaving the City and Soft As Chalk and literally nothing else, I'd still consider her a completely brilliant and virtually peerless composer and performer. Of course she has created many gems, but it's these two I find on repeat lately.
I have known Joanna's music for three years now and I still keep playing Have One On Me on repeat and I remember most songs by heart including the title track. Current favorites are You and Me, Bess and California. She has such a lively way of describing things and the album is soothing in some strange way. A masterpiece...
Shrieking unceasingly.
I realize he's not your traditional "stud", but I have always found Andy Samberg to be incredibly attractive.
I agree. Just something about him.
