    PJ Harvey:

I have a question about some b sides, but I also wondered if we're getting a forum over here?

Anyway, I recently acquired a couple of songs I didn't have before: Cleveland, Heaven and Wait - anyone know where I should put them in my iTunes?

This is amazing news both because I love synchronized fashion and because Polly is doing a proper tour with a band for her forthcoming album! Demeulemeester also designed the crow-feathers Polly wore on the Andrew Marr show.

That's such a relief! Not because I don't think she's a good enough performer to do it solo, but because I know with a band at least there's a slight chance in hell of her coming to Detroit.

"Cleveland" is an unreleased track from the Dance Hall era. "I "think" "Heaven" is an Automatic Dlamini song.

There is a "Heaven" recorded during the Automatic Dlamini period and then there's the "Heaven" demo, released on the "The Piano" single. Both are pretty similar, but you can tell they are different recordings.

    Can't wait for new PJ!

A French Stories-era interview. Bit hard to hear what PJ is saying underneath the translation, but I could make it out if I listened close enough:

Found this on The Garden forum. Apparently, a reliable French publication, Voxpop Mag, says Polly's new album is slated for an October release! Fucking fantastic news!!! I have such a good feeling about this album. I'm imagining a dark, outward looking album steeped in the history of England with many ghosts lurking within the tracks.

Wow! Excellent news, thanks for posting. I'm excited for the new album, it seems like the release is coming earlier than I expected. The return of guitar and presence of glass harp is an interesting prospect.

Focus_Staircase posted this at the Garden. My French is non-existent, but I think I can make out the headline...

    NOUVEAU PJ HARVEY EN OCTOBRE

ETA: How come I didn't see this above? *cleansglasses*
