    No dog today. She's on vacation with her grandfolks.

    So this morning I walked for about 23 minutes and jogged for about 23 minutes and did some push-ups and stretching. I'm going on a work trip for the next coupla days, so I don't think I'll be getting any exercise until I get back.

    I biked 35 miles on Monday. I live in Boston and it was HOT. Almost 90 degrees. But it was also awesome!

    My favorite activity because it doesn't feel like I'm getting a workout because I enjoy it so much. I must've done because I came home and almost immediately fell asleep!

    Jogged 3 miles behind my house, created new/dusted off trails when I discovered my "backyard" meets up with a beautiful state park.

    20 minutes on the bike
    500 pushups
    half of “Rock Hard Body Xtreme” (21 min)

    The “Rock Hard” workouts are good. Xtreme & Total Body kick my butt. And I think they’re still available to watch for free on ExerciseTV:

    I did the "Rock Hard Total Body" workout and it properly slayed me

    + 200 pushups

    too tired for more. busy weekend ahead.

    I will start week two of the 100 push up challenge tonight. I skipped last week due to travel but the first week went well. I'm glad I restarted the program and that I'm taking it easy by doing the pushups against the wall. No horrendous muscle strain.

    A1. Today I improved in all my sets. Yay! I was able to complete from 8-10 reps on each exercise (reps to muscle failure). This means that on my next A1, I'll be increasing the weight.
    Free Weight Bench
    Upright Barbell Row
    Tricep Pulldown (with bar)
    2-Handed Lat Pulldown
    Single-cable Row
