Took the pittie bull for her walk today: 34 minutes
And took myself for a jog after that: 28 minutes
And NOW...to undue all of that..I'm baking cupcakes and eating all the leftover batter!
I bought this pedometer today. It was fifteen bucks. The goal is to get 10,000 "steps" a day. So far I've done 3206, but I only got the thing at about 2pm, so it doesn't count the first half of today. It's somewhat difficult to reach 10,000, which I like, I want it to be something I have to work at and reach daily.
EDIT - I did walk with it for about 45 minutes this late afternoon, so that 3200 steps encompasses that.

I got up at 7:45am and went for a brisk, 20 minute walk. YAY ME!
Seriously, this is huge.
I did 12,000-something steps yesterday. (Again the goal is 10,000). Today so far I'm only at 7600. It's quite interesting to see how many steps you've actually done versus how many you think you've done in a given day. (And don't worry, I'm not going to keep posting how many steps I did everyday. I just got the meter so I'm fascinated by it!)
My sinuses have been sucking, but I did lift today.
I am back to being able to bench 105 pounds, 10 times. I think this is awesome considering I am a 115 pound, thirty something, female long distance runner!
Went for another brisk 30-minute walk this evening, with T circling around me on his bicycle (wearing his new Germany jersey, too bad he waited so long to get it). Feels great!
I didn't get up and work out this morning because it was raining, and I exercise outside. But I got off work early today and came home and jogged in the rain. Haha!
The "your day at the gym" thread on @ was actually intended to be a "things you saw at the gym today" thread, not necessarily limited to fitness.
I ran after babies today. I should take a walk around the big block once the sun goes down. It's so crapping hot out.

Walked the pibble around the hood: 39 minutes (avoided 3 dog confrontations successfully)
Went jogging around the hood: 33 minutes
Knee push-ups: 55
Sit-ups: 95
Last night I ran/jogged 2 miles in about 16 min 40 sec. Not bad. I've lots of running to do this month.
I went to the gym today. It's been almost three weeks since (I've been sick), and I started working out my normal routine, and it fucking killed me. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow....
Friday - canoeing
Saturday - bicycled 9.5 miles then went kayaking
Today - hiked 7 miles
