I imagine women may not need a belt as often with dresses or skirts (although I could be wrong?) but if you're female you could answer for the times you wear pants/jeans/etc.
I need to know these important things. I ask because I rarely do, but when I do, I feel like it helps me be more active somehow (hard to run around if your pants are even slightly loose/drooping) and I wonder why I don't make it a habit.

I can't think of an everyday item of clothing more likely to make me less active, tbh. They're restrictive and uncomfortable and i despise them.
Actually, I have a few tops and dresses that came with belts and belt loops. I've tried to wear the belts, but they never work for me. I think my waist is too long or something 'cos I always end up taking the belt off as it sits just a bit too high.
I don't really wear them with pants much either, unless I've lost weight and I'm too cheap to buy new ones that fit.
I wear them when it's appropriate, which is neither rare or always.
I don't own any belts. I've always hated them.
I have to wear them for work, as I tuck in my dress shirts.*sigh* Whenever possible, I wear polo shirts that don't have to be tucked in, that way I can relax a bit.
I often wear belts with jeans/pants because I have to - with a small waist and big hips it is hard to find ones that fit properly and they start falling down if I don't have a belt on.
Suck it, Shawn.
I love belts! I wear them everyday with pants. Shorts, not so much.
I wear them all the time because I have an ass as flat as a pancake and my pants always slip off. ={
My face screams without an emotion
I hate the lumps they create under my shirts. I"m wearing them more often because I refuse to buy new pants since I started running.
And the ghosts that we knew will flicker from view
And we'll live a long life
I don't wear pants generally but I do have a few dresses with which I will wear a belt. Depending on where you wear the belt it can drastically change the shape of the dress.
I am the beginning. The end. The one that is many.
