1000 Kisses and Impossible Dream are her high water mark to me, but Living With Ghosts and American Kid are favorites of mine too.

Don't forget Flaming Red! I love that album, even though most don't.

I've heard she's considering rereleasing Flaming Red but with the tracks remixed more to her original vision. Would kill to hear that!

I know fans have asked for it but has she commented on it in any seriousness? I would freaking love that. I love Flaming Red as is, but it falls closer to the bottom of her catalog because of the production. The touring version of the title track deserves a studio recording at least.

It would be amazing if they could take the original vocals and pair them with more stripped down arrangements to make it more cohesive with the rest of her catalog. I don't know if she has the voice to tackle songs like "Change," "Wiggley Fingers," and the title track anymore, but in the late 90's she was vocally untouchable. I feel like her voice could do anything it wanted.

I also have to throw some love out for A Kiss in Time. Her voice is so beautiful live. I've never been able to see her, but the live album was actually my first introduction to her and made me a fan. That version of Rain.

^^ The versions of "Goodbye," "Tony," and "Mary" on A Kiss In Time are a good example of the sorts of arrangements I'd hope for on a reworked Flaming Red.

    God yes, please.

I've been enjoying digging around on YouTube for live stuff and somehow I've never seen this. Their voices together.

I had posted concerns about Patty's voice a while back in this thread, and soon after Patty had sent out a message re: missing some shows due to health problems. Turns out Patty has been battling breast cancer. Hit me like a ton of bricks to read that tonight, and I hope she is doing better! Her music has meant so much to me for nearly 20 years now.

I love it. Gives me all the feels.
