She's been working longer with her new mastering engineer than with Arca.
    I really miss Mark Bell.

Like "Vulnicura," the new album barely resembles music for pop radio playlists or dance clubs. It's often dense and disorienting, with contending layers of vocals, flutes and percussive sounds. The songs are akin to chamber music and to the electronic experimentation of Björk's collaborator throughout the album, the electronic musician Arca.

Apparently the German iTunes Store has a preview of the song. It sounds gorgeous.

The fans over on atrl can barely produce words over how much they're liking Blissing Me. I'm just going to assume it's an overreaction since The Gate sucked. I remember the early reactions to Vulnicura over on atease, and they were less hysterically fabulous, but still highly exaggerated. I'm sticking to my guns and expecting the worst!

It's such a sweet little song about falling in love. Similar vibes to "Virus", "Aurora", indeed with hints of "Ambergris March" and "Batabid".

I love how her voice breaks on Did I just fall in love with him?

    Arca's gay.

This is apparently about Robin Carolan from Tri Angle Records. They've been seen out and about as a couple over the past two years.

This is so beautiful! "Blissing Me" definitely reminds me of "Ambergris March" but not anything else to similar in Bjork's catalog. Is that main instrument a clavichord? I can't really tell. It almost sounded like a guitar in some parts. I think from these two tracks we're already getting something better than Vulnicura.

Ugh it's gorgeous! I'm really looking forward to the album after hearing this. The vocal is hymn like and woven beautifully into the lush layers. I hear threads linking back to songs like Virus, Amphibian, and Generous Palmstroke.
