"Mad World" - but the Gary Jules version, not the original one. It would be sound perfect, and the lyrics are very appropriate with current events.

She did that and When The Levee Breaks at the 05 Austin show. They were both incredible!

Has Tori mentioned doing a piano bar this tour?
I can't find anywhere that she's outright stated she'd be doing it again.

She hasn't, and I really would rather she didn't. BUT, in addition to the Placebo suggestion, I'd love Nick Cave's Ship Song.

For some reason I've been fantasizing about her doing Straford-on-Guy by Liz Phair
Also dreaming of A Perfect Day Elise by PJ Harvey on the Hammond

A Perfect Day, Elise would be awesome! Tori covering any PJ song would be rock my face off. I love her cover of We Float.

It's "Killer Queen", she was supposed to do it in 2014

I was listening to the ship song on my run the other day and thinking tori would do a great cover. Great minds. I would also love some more Leonard Cohen especially "the future"

    Madonna - Ghosttown

I think it fits the theme on Native Invader

I don't want the piano bar. I mean, a few covers here and there? Sure. And I guess it's fun for her, but the nightly expectation takes me out of the show. I got lucky in 2014 ("Big Picture/Pictures of You," which was really cool to hear, and "Gold Dust Woman"), but I usually get "Imagine" and "My Favorite Things" and "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." Now, part of me is like, "At least those songs aren't random pop songs she learned today," but another part is just groaning at the prospect of those songs following me around!

That said, I would kill to hear "Hallelujah" (it's my mom's favorite song) or "Desperado," and I wouldn't mind if she covered Taylor Swift again, but I'd rather her not do it in a mashup.

I really want her to do Abba's "Slipping Through My Fingers". She'd nail it.

Funny you should say that, Belinda is on tour in the UK the same week as Tori is for the Heaven On Earth 30th anniversary tour.

However I think Tori could do something like "Circle In The Sand" or "Emotional Highway" better. Or even The Go-Go's "Head Over Heels"

since 98 I've wanted her to fuse her "bachelorette" with Björk's
"creep" last year was amazing & I would have never thought to request
Thank Tash for that one, it was her suggestion when a Queen cover wasn't working right?

I don't care what songs she sings so much as how it's done

So many of the covers were less than stellar and if I walked into an actual piano bar and heard them I'd probably cringe & leave but bc its Tori doing it we all listen but not all her covers are even remotely successful but when they are they great
But watching bootlegs from last tour some moments were worse than performances I've heard going to karaoke
Hope she can put quality over quantity this go around
