There are vape devices that use pre-filled cartridges vs. liquids that you put into a tank. I can't speak to them since I didn't really use them on a regular basis, but in my experience the flavor and vapor you get in a better device is just overall a better experience.

I've been cigarette free for about 18 months thanks to vaping. I have a Kanger SubBox set up with .5 ohm resistance coils, and I love it. I smoke all different kinds of flavors, but gravitate towards sweet, dessert stuff: yesterday I was vaping Lemon Meringue Pie and today I have strawberry birthday cake.

    Subox HIGH FIVE!

I like custards, caramels, and tobaccos. Right now my fave is Vanilla tobacco from Whit E. Octopus Vapors (A VERY GOOD shop that sells affordable, fantastic vape liquid).

My faves from them are Vanilla Tobacco, Pipe Tobacco, Thunder Child (which is like a citrus black tea), Root Beer, and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

I just poked around on that site and there are quite a few flavors I'm interested in. Key lime pie! I've been getting most of my liquid from https://www.mittenvapors.com/all-flavors/. They're having a 50ml for $8.50 sale right now.

omg the key lime pie is AMAZING. I got that as a freebie once. It's so good. If you are into dessert flavors, its a great choice.

I went ahead and purchased the eGo ONE. Can't wait until it gets here! Funny enough as I was considering buying it, a good friend of mine just texted to tell me she got one. Hope it comes soon.

I can't believe mine came already. That was fast! I found this nice video that got me up and running: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVg6Ir4khNw

Quick question regarding the eGo ONE- what kind of maintenance do I need to do? Whats the best way to clean out the atomizer tube? Just a little soap and water when changing flavors?

I'm already impressed with this little thing!

I just ordered an "ultimate kit" from v2. Several different flavors, chargers, batteries, and even a lanyard! lol. Will review once I receive it in a few days. Seriously, I can't say enough how nice it is to not smoke cigarettes - to not smell, to not feel gross - all because of e-cigs. Makes me so happy.

I wouldn't use soap. The fluid is pretty water soluble, so I just give mine a quick rinse out if I'm not being lazy. Sometimes I just throw in the new fluid and call it a day. As long as I'm not smoking something super strong (like the Thin Mint I tried this weekend), it's fine.

    Day 23.

Yes I did take a drag off that guy's cigarette at the casino this weekend. After a few grueling days of withdrawal - it was right there and I asked for a drag. I'm fine now and am past it - back to feeling like smoking is "silly".. because it is. Delicious and stress relieving, but a silly obviously unhealthy habit.

I also bought a e-cig on Friday night to go with my bottle of red wine to mourn the advent of the Trump presidency. It was bleh but it seemed to do the trick. Its so obnoxiously blue when you toke that I feel like a cop is nearby.

Despite my lil bumps here and there - I remain to being a committed non-smoker.

I quite for three years before picking up again. Smoked on and off for another three years and now I'm back on the wagon.

Today is day two and I'm a mess!
