^ judging by this trailer, I think I'm getting my wish. No hint of Tori yet, alas.

I got a little teary. It'll be 4 years since Pratchett died next week and it still makes me cry if I think too much about it.

Given that Neil says Tori did not compose the song - - - I wonder if perhaps she sings the theme song for the series? Maybe every show will start with Tori's vocals?!??!?! Would be some great publicity for her - and I am sure Neil could have pushed to make it happen as they are good buddies.

They’re really hyping this, and with the safe commercial choice of Under Pressure in the trailer... I’m guessing Tori will just have one song in a random episode, with a single released around that time. Still this is pretty mainstream exposure for her.

According to the music director of Good Omens, David G Arnold, the song Tori is covering is "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square." It's posted on his twitter as a reply to someone. https://twitter.com/FYeahGoodOmens/s...51719124455424

Hmmm...originally recorded by Vera Lynn in 1940 (?), Mel Torme, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett and Rod Stewart have all recorded this song. It will certainly be interesting to hear what Tori does!

ooh that is very interesting, and it makes sense! I sang a really lovely arrangement of it years ago, in my college vocal jazz ensemble. It's a lovely song.

Is this gonna be another Mona Lisa Smile/Pink and Glitter voice song?

I'm hoping it's along the lines of Carnival tinged with some electronic elements.

This is what I'm afraid of. I love her but big band sound isn't her lane.

It literally says piano, voice and strings. Doesn't sound like big band to me.
