There's a British crime drama called Happy Valley on Netflix that shows a woman listening to a Kate Bush CD in her car just as she's being kidnapped:

The cop on this show is named Catherine, and it takes place in West Yorkshire, so I guess the Wuthering Heights reference was obligatory.

Great show, btw. Sarah Lancashire is fantastic in it.

I just went up to the FishPeople Facebook group and one of the fans posted, "It was probably a chicken dinner!"

So much for that fun distraction from my problems that I was looking for.

Why had I never seen this?!?!?!
Maybe for once, someone will call me "Sir" without adding, "You're making a scene."

Does anyone happen to have this picture in HQ? http://anotherimg.dazedgroup.netdna-...0/8/348771.jpg
I'd love to make my own iTunes cover with it, but this is the best version of the image I've found.

I was listening to From Here We Go Sublime from The Field, which has one track Over The Ice, which samples Kate her ice song from Hounds Of Love. But then I realised that The Little Heart Beats So Fast is almost a lyric from Hounds Of Love - just that, a thought that rushed through my head

Unless you get the original from her brother, or scan the book. I think that's the best I've seen.

I feel in the mood for expanded and remastered album reissues. The original album on one disc plus album-era b-sides/extra tracks on the other.

Yes! Plus a box set of her early demos and live recordings of the K.T. Bush Band

I can't stop listening to Before the Dawn. Her voice is unreal.
I am not one for regrets but I should've sold my car to go see her.

There's a big feature here on Simon Drake, the illusionist from Tour Of Life. It's for a heavy metal website, but there are a couple of mentions of Kate too:

I wonder if new Kate material will come along soon? *sending thoughts out cosmically*
