Today Loosh ran 5k in the Canada Army Run. Not his first 5k race, or his first Army Run - but it was his first running solo in such a HUGE event.
Won't lie, was pretty nervous sending him off into this
But I knew he would be ok. He was well identified and knew how to take care of himself in the pack.
About 50meters from the finish line, he kicked it into high gear.
Finishing in 35:27.2
Not his fastest 5k but he had a huge win today in proving being responsible, listening to instruction, staying dedicated to his commitments & goals and also have a really good time doing it.
